Match the stop code
Find a nearby stop on the BusSing map. Match its code to the physical stop before waiting. Across the road, a similar stop name may serve the return journey.
Open the bus route and check that your destination stop is on it in the direction you need.

Allow time for the walk
Arrival estimates do not include your walk, traffic lights or the time needed to find the boarding point. Leave a margin and check the next option if the first bus is too close.
BusSing uses official LTA data. Estimates can change or disappear during outages. A different display cannot guarantee a more accurate bus arrival.
Know where to get off
Choose the destination for an alight reminder in BusSing and allow the permissions it requests. Keep watching your progress on an unfamiliar route. A reminder is a backup, not a guarantee that you will hear an alert.
Sort out the rest before boarding
Check the current fare and payment information with SimplyGo before travelling. BusSing arrival estimates are not tickets.
For a bus-to-MRT connection, review your train route before leaving. BusSing can plan MRT routes offline, but live bus arrivals still need mobile data or Wi-Fi.
